OAKLAND — Family members of Ghost Ship fire victims sued Pacific Gas & Electric on Tuesday, adding the utility to more than a dozen defendants already named in an extensive lawsuit and claiming the utility “knew or should have known” of electrical dangers in the warehouse where 36 people died in a fire Dec. 2.
