In the email, Bouchard provided contact information for his attorney if Ng wanted to discuss “liability of the space.” Ng replied and again warned him not to leave. On Jan. 20, 2014, Bouchard emailed Eva Ng saying he is “distressed” by her reluctance to release him from the lease, explaining how Almena had altered her property without permission, including removing ventilation pipes and cutting a hole in the floor. Horowitz said that because Bouchard’s emails do not spell out “dangers” in the unapproved alterations to the building, Ng was not put on as significant notice as the electrical warnings the family received in other emails. In those communications, the Ngs balked at paying for electrical upgrades that Almena said needed to be done to provide consistent and safe electrical power to the warehouse.

It’s Week 10, the semifinals for Season 19 of “Dancing With the Stars,” and there were so many questions. Will Tommy Chong and Peta Murgatroyd dance their way to the finals next week? With his latest injury, will Alfonso Ribeiro be able to perform and take partner Witney Carson with him to the finals? Who will make the Final Four and who will be left out?. Never fear — I’m not going to make you read through this entire recap to find out who was left out of the Final Four, but I do hope you will read through to the end to find out who I think will take home the Mirrorball Trophy! This was, hands down, the most emotional night for DWTS. Tears were flowing from celebs, judges, pros and even Tom and Erin had a moment or two. If DWTS could be won on charm, dedication, determination and an undying good humor, Tommy Chong would be lugging home a shiny trophy. However, there are some dance steps involved and other celebs who did them better. As a result, after a night that saw Tommy and Peta’s highest scores, they were eliminated from the competition.
